I then proceeded to look into other alarm company options and found that many other companies had much better offerings, and I stated this to ** in email. Our account is cancelled, the equipment is now collecting dust. We will never purchase anything in the future without reading the reviews, if we had, I could be doing something more productive. Janette made that happen with first contact, something that amazed us, since we had been trying for months for same result. We requested letters stating that our account was in good standing and would not be automatically renewed, which is in the small print on contract for auto-renew. Janette was professional and responded to every question and concern almost instantly. She has agreed to accept monthly payments until paid in full in two years. Finally, was able to connect with Vector in Wilkes-Barre and the accounting rep. Never received letter, so, fearing a credit bureau negative report, we continue to pay $53.00 per month for something that has never performed and is totally disconnected. I was informed by email that they sent a letter demanding the balance of $1,600.00 through the end of a 3 year contract. I believe someone was asleep during training or these little service centers aren't up to date with what the main branch is doing. ![]() Then wanted to argued I wasn't being billed for the camera anyway when I'm sitting here looking at it and it sure shows home video auth dlr $5.00. The supervisor was very argumentative when I told her the rotor that they installed is the problem and she was not believing that they installed rotors for the camera. It is now over a year and 5 service calls later they have begun becoming very rude. I am paying for a camera system that hasn't worked correctly since day one. Thanks again for the professionalism and service to make things right. I will be one to suggest Vector when I hear anyone shopping for a good system with good service. ** and crew went out of their way to fix my issue and they went beyond to make it right. Guess once the right people found out I wasn't satisfied, Mr. I wouldn't believe I would be recanting what I wrote about 2 weeks ago but I am totally happy with what I have now. They definitely stepped up and took care of my issue. Sorry for having to write anything bad about this company.
